At Noor E Nazar, we take pride in the intricate craftsmanship and quality of our Eid 2026 Collection. We want every piece you receive to make you feel radiant. However, we understand that sometimes a garment may not fit or suit your needs exactly as expected.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original, pristine condition.
- Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the garment.
- Timeframe: Your request must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. How to Initiate a Request
To start your return or exchange process, please follow these steps:
- Email our support team at support@noorenazar.com with your Order Number and the reason for your request.
- If available, please attach photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions within 48 hours.
3. Exchanges
We prioritize exchanges. If you need a different size, please reach out as soon as possible so we can reserve the requested size for you, as many of our Eid collection pieces are limited edition and may sell out quickly.
4. Refunds
- Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted during specific clearance events.
- Customized/Bespoke Orders: Items that have been altered or customized specifically to your measurements.
- Hygiene Items: For sanitary reasons, any accessories or items worn directly against the skin that cannot be verified as unworn.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
We perform quality checks on every order before shipment. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective garment, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return and send a replacement immediately at no additional cost to you.
